Who we are

This website is operated by NineDesign Architects, an interior architecture and design studio founded in Lebanon in 2009. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NineDesign Architects.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and information about your project. We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

Website analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website — for example which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, the approximate location (country or city) and how visitors arrived on the site. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website, not to identify individual visitors. If you do not accept cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request — to keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share information with

Google processes website analytics data on our behalf when you have accepted analytics cookies. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except where needed to deliver a project you have asked us to work on or where required by law.

This website links to our Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts. When you follow those links, the privacy policies of those services apply.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence and project information for as long as it is needed for the project and for our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@9designarchitects.com. You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time on the Cookie Policy page.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
