NineDesign Architects
Founded in Lebanon in 2009 by Georges and Roy Boustani, NineDesign Architects is an interior architecture and design studio creating refined residential, hospitality, commercial and workplace environments.
Our work is guided by spatial clarity, material sensitivity and disciplined execution. We approach every project as a complete journey—from understanding the site and the people who will inhabit it to developing the concept, resolving the technical details and overseeing its implementation.
We believe that successful interiors should do more than look beautiful. They should support everyday life, create emotional comfort and leave people feeling calm, connected and at ease.
Founders
Georges and Roy Boustani
NineDesign Architects was founded by Georges and Roy Boustani, whose complementary responsibilities connect creative direction, business development and project delivery.
Roy Boustani
Co-Founder and Design Principal
Roy Boustani, Co-Founder and Design Principal, leads the studio’s creative direction. He oversees the spatial concept, design language, atmosphere, material direction and overall identity of each project.
Roy also leads business development, building relationships with clients, professional partners and collaborators while identifying opportunities aligned with the studio’s expertise, values and long-term direction.
Georges Boustani
Co-Founder and Projects Director
Georges Boustani, Co-Founder and Projects Director, leads project coordination and implementation. He works with the design team, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure that the approved design is accurately translated on site.
His responsibilities include overseeing material approvals, monitoring execution quality and ensuring that design and construction schedules remain properly coordinated.
Marc Hanna
Associate Partner | Interior Architect
Marc Hanna develops interior architecture concepts at NineDesign Architects, working across spatial planning, material selection and detailed design.
His approach centres on how people experience and use a space, with particular attention to proportion, atmosphere and the relationship between materials. Working closely with the studio’s founders, he translates each project’s design intent into interiors that balance character, comfort and practical use.
Together, Roy and Georges maintain continuity between the client’s aspirations, the studio’s creative vision and the completed project.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy begins with a simple belief: a well-designed space should not only be seen—it should be felt.
We create interiors defined by calm luxury. Beauty is expressed through proportion, natural light, thoughtful circulation, authentic materials and carefully resolved details—not through unnecessary excess.
Positive energy is central to our work. We understand it as a spatial quality created through balance, light, material warmth, visual clarity and emotional comfort.
We consider how people enter a space, move through it, experience it from different viewpoints and use it throughout the day. These human experiences guide our decisions about layout, lighting, furniture, texture, storage and atmosphere.
Function and beauty are inseparable. Circulation, zoning and daily use are carefully resolved so that the completed interior feels intuitive and effortless.
We favour materials chosen for their authenticity, tactile quality and ability to age well. Every element should contribute to the identity of the project without overwhelming the people or the architecture around it.

Every project begins with listening. We seek to understand the site, the client’s lifestyle or business needs, how the space will be used and the atmosphere it should create.

We study the site, its proportions, circulation, natural light, functional requirements and opportunities.
02 Concept
We establish the project’s spatial and emotional direction through planning, atmosphere, references and material language.
03 Design Development
We refine the concept through furniture planning, lighting, materials, bespoke elements and technical coordination.
04 Documentation
We prepare the drawings, specifications, schedules and construction details required to translate the design into a buildable project.
05 Execution Coordination
We coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and craftspeople to maintain the quality and integrity of the design during implementation.
06 Final Refinement
We review the installation, finishes, proportions and details to ensure that the completed space remains faithful to the approved vision.
