Clear information that protects the design during construction
A strong concept must be translated into accurate information before it can be built well. Our technical design service develops the approved interior into coordinated drawings, details, schedules and specifications for construction and fabrication.
We work closely with the appointed architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and specialist consultants to identify interfaces between disciplines and resolve design requirements before they reach the site.
This process reduces ambiguity, supports informed pricing and gives the project team a clear reference during implementation.

Coordination with Clear Responsibilities
Our drawings communicate the interior design intent and the information included in our appointment. Specialist consultants remain responsible for their designs, calculations, certifications and authority requirements. Contractors and suppliers remain responsible for site verification, fabrication, construction methods, safety, workmanship and product performance.
