Structured coordination from approved design to completed interior
The quality of an interior depends on how carefully the approved design is carried through on site. When appointed for project delivery or execution services, NineDesign Architects coordinates the transition from design information to the completed space.
Our role is to maintain the design direction, review materials and details, respond to site conditions and help the project team resolve decisions in a timely and organized manner.
The level of involvement is agreed for each project and may range from periodic site follow-up to broader interior fit-out and execution coordination.

Protecting the Approved Design
We focus on the decisions that affect the appearance, function and quality of the interior. Regular communication between the client, consultants, contractors and suppliers helps address issues before they compromise the completed result.
Scope clarification
Project delivery, site supervision, supplier coordination and execution services are provided only when included in the written appointment. Contractors remain responsible for construction methods, site safety, workmanship and contractual delivery. Programme dates also depend on approvals, procurement lead times and contractor performance.
