Procurement turns design intent into a coordinated package of products, bespoke elements and equipment ready for manufacture, purchase and installation. When appointed, NineDesign Architects manages the process from approved specifications and supplier enquiries through comparison, samples, production follow-up and delivery coordination.
We source suitable manufacturers and suppliers according to each project’s design, quality, budget, programme and technical requirements. The scope may cover hospitality, workplace, residential and commercial interiors, including bespoke and standard items.

Scope clarification
Procurement may be provided as advisory sourcing support or as a coordinated appointment. Purchasing contracts, payments, warranties, shipping, customs, insurance and installation responsibilities are confirmed before orders are placed. Manufacturers and suppliers remain responsible for product compliance, quality, lead times and warranties under their contracts.
