Recreation and community.
The masterplan brings together a diverse range of programs, including dedicated beach facilities, children's playgrounds, calisthenics and fitness areas, cafés and food venues, retail kiosks, and flexible public spaces designed for everyday use and seasonal events.
Rather than functioning as independent elements, these destinations are seamlessly connected to create a continuous waterfront experience that promotes movement, interaction, and discovery.
Accessibility and quality.
By combining thoughtful urban planning with contemporary design, the project elevates the standard of public coastal spaces, demonstrating that accessibility and quality can coexist.
The result is a destination where residents and visitors alike can enjoy a sophisticated seaside experience, fostering a stronger connection between the city, its coastline, and its community.
