Contemporary architecture meets timeless luxury

This 250 m² apartment in Metn was envisioned as a sophisticated residence where contemporary architecture meets timeless luxury. Defined by bold materials, bespoke detailing, and a carefully curated palette, the project creates an atmosphere of elegance while maintaining the warmth and comfort of a private home.

The interior composition is centered around the expressive use of natural stone, with marble wall cladding introducing texture, depth, and a sense of permanence throughout the living spaces. A striking black marble fireplace serves as the focal point of the main reception area, anchoring the interior with its sculptural presence and reinforcing the residence's refined identity. Rich wood finishes, soft neutral furnishings, and integrated lighting complement the stone surfaces, creating a balanced dialogue between warmth and sophistication.
